Return & Refund Policy 

There is no “Returns and Refunds” on the Papilla eStore. We will accept the exchange of damaged items in transit. 

Exchanges

To be eligible for the exchange, you must first email to products@papillahaircare.com within 7 days of receiving the item to inform us of the damage and provide a photo to prove the damaged item. After receiving your email, we will ship the replacement item to you within a few days.
