All the staff were really friendly and welcoming, even though I have won this treatment from a contest and not a paying customer. The consultant gave a detailed analysis prior treatment and useful advice on how to maintain scalp health. The treatment process took around 90 mins, and the hair wash came with a super good neck massage! I didn’t proceed to sign a package with them because I still have my existing one with another salon, but there was no hard-selling at all, which I truly appreciate.
